It is difficult to be optimistic. The nature of the world makes it easier to happen bad things than good things. There are always serious problems in human life. How can we think the basic optimism needed to overcome them? Let's see.

 1. Avoid negatives. 

If you want to keep new things in your home, you have to remove old furniture. If we want to have a positive attitude in our minds, we need to get rid of prejudices. Stop comparing yourself with mistrust and weakness. These are the biggest barriers to optimism. If there are bad people around you, avoid them. Or create a new environment. Start changing yourself.

 2. Lesson from error

Everyone has regretted it. I see two regrets. It is the remorse for the mistakes you have made and the regrets for what you did not do. It is a waste of time to reminisce about past mistakes because of remorse. Transform repentance into lessons. Instead of dwelling on the past, learn to avoid making the same mistake again.

 3. The present is the key

Being obsessed with the past is not only bad, but worrying about the unseen future also blocks out optimism. For example, suppose you go on a family vacation in your own car. If the tire is flattened halfway, the journey will be delayed. I worry about losing time. They know which is better, to sit and talk anxiously and to change the wheel. Anxiety can overwhelm our optimism. So do not go back to the past, but try to do your best in the present without worrying about the future. For those who value the present, the future will be bright.

 4. Let the positive side see

We can only practice in our daily lives. Think of the positive side in an event. Suppose you find out you have a cell phone at home on the way to the office. Normally, you may find yourself blaming yourself. Imagine being able to use an office computer this time. Every problem has an answer. When things go wrong, try to find the right person before you get angry and anxious. Pessimism does not solve problems and confuses the brain, which can have serious consequences. So let's start developing a positive attitude today, the basic need to be resilient in the face of everything in the world.
