How do rural development and urban development relate?

How do rural development and urban development relate?

It is very important to have a rural-urban connection. Rural-urban linkages can reduce rural poverty. Remittances can be used to build and renovate buildings, education, health and agricultural development in rural areas due to remittances of rural workers go and work out to urban areas.

Rural poverty has somehow been addressed as more and more poor people from rural areas have come to work in cities. Rural development is directly related to urban development, which is closest to that area. Rising demand from urban consumers has resulted in better prices for rural farmers' produce.

The migrant workers to urban are young and healthy, and as they get better, their families' livelihoods improve. Therefore, the main purpose of urban migrants is to find employment. However, they have to work hard to survive in the city.

Living expenses in urban areas; Travel expenses Health Education Food and clothing are much more expensive than in the countryside and nothing is free. There are still some free things in the forest. In the current context, not only rural and urban areas are connected, but also rural-to-foreign connections, and the changes in the lives of migrant workers' families may be more pronounced.

The role of rural farmers (Myanmar)

Rural farmers' lack of knowledge is their weakness. In addition, the government needs to develop good policies for farmers. The government needs to create better access to fertilizers and better crop prices. Which seeds need to be selected for cultivation? It is necessary to select good and pure rice varieties. The rice-trading and rice trade is more prosperous than the farmers.

Farmers have made very little change from traditional activities. Examples are paddy cultivation, horticulture and fruit growing. Crops need to be selected depending on the climate of the area. You also have to be able to take risks to grow crops. Knowledge of agricultural technology is required.

Very few farmers in Myanmar think about how to make their business better. Farmers in Myanmar now send remittances to their homes by working abroad. They are doing quite well economically. People with poor finances go abroad to borrow money. People who used to live in tents can now build nice houses.

In particular, the countries where Myanmar citizens go to work are Japan, Korea Malaysia Singapore and Thailand. It is more convenient for those who go to work in Japan and Korea. Singapore and Malaysia are second in line. With the advent of mechanization in farming, the number of unemployed farmers has risen. More and more people are going abroad to work.

Gradually, the standard of living in rural areas is nearing par with that of urban areas. Electricity is available in rural areas. There is plenty of water. Getting electricity can do a lot of work.

Unfortunately, the whole of Burma is now in trouble because of the military coup. We do not know what the future holds. The People's Government, NUG(National Unity Government), is working with foreign countries to restore power to the people. The uprising must succeed.

In rural areas, agriculture is a lifelong occupation and the nature of the work is fixed, so traditional social customs are maintained. As a result, the system has become entrenched in agricultural communities.

In today's world, the system of things is weakening, but this does not mean that stratification in society will disappear. It should be noted that rural development is the key to urban development.
